Return Authorization
- Please let us know if you would like an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- If the products are defective, we may have you destroy or recycle them rather than return them.
- If possible, please provide a photo of the defective product(s) to verify that it is indeed our product.
- (Yes, we've recevied other brands of cables, for which, unfortuneately, we cannot give credit.)
- Please let us know if it was DOA (defective or broken upon arrival) or if it was returned later by a customer after some use.
- (This is to help our quality control.)
- If you are just looking to return product which is not defective, such as an overstocked item, please note this as well.
- (These will need to be returned to us for credit.)
- We offer a limited-lifetime warranty on most cables. Other items with electronics or power generally have a one year warranty.
- Our warranty guarantees againts manufacturing defects, not against using the product incorrectly or abuse of the product.
- (We had someone cut the cable accidentally and then try to return it under warranty... and yeah, we can't warranty that.)
